Get Your Green On!

Mom was right.  We all need to eat our veggies.  But, I'm not talkin' 'bout those canned, aluminum saturated dead veggies that you get out of your pantry.  Save that for the food storage (hey, canned food is better than no food if the shit hits the fan).  What I'm talking about is basically putting your salad in your blender.  Sounds kind of gross but it is sooooo much better than you think.  Many raw food junkies claim that raw dark green will help fight free radicals, enhance cell regeneration and keep you lookin' smokin' hot! Plus, if you're working out, then all you need to do is remember that Popeye ate them greens too!
