Vegan Baking is very simple and you can make almost anything with these wonderful vegan baking staples.

Flours
Whole Wheat Flour
Pastry Flour
Coconut Flour (GF)
Oat Flour (GF)
Rice Flour (GF)

Teff Flour (GF)

Baking Soda
Baking Powder
Salt
Yeast

Sweeteners
Beet Sugar
Rice Syrup
Coconut Syrup
Barley Malt Syrup
Maple Syrup
Date Syrup
Blackstrap Molasses

Egg Substitution
Chia Seed
Flax Seed
   1 egg = 1tbsp ground flax seed whipped with 1/4 cup water
Apple Sauce
   1 egg = 1/4 cup apple sauce
Banana, Pumpkin, Squash, Sweet Potato
   1 egg = 1/4 cup puree
Ener G Egg Replacer
Tofu
   1 egg = 3 tbsp pureed tofu + 2 tbsp cornstarch
Sour Cream
   1 egg = 1/4 cup vegan sour cream + 1/4 tsp baking soda
Soymilk
   1 egg = 1/4 cup soymilk + 1 tbsp lemon

Buttermilk
      1 cup Buttermilk = 1 cup vegan milk + 2 tbsp lemon juice, allow to thicken for 5 minutes
      1 cup Buttermilk = 1/2 cup vegan sour cream + 1/2 cup water, allow to thicken for 5 minutes

Butter - use a vegan butter substitute such as Earth Balance

Cream -
      Coconut Cream (made with coconut milk)
      Tofu
      Cashew Cream (made of blended raw cashews)
